Michael's Hotel
A small 4**** hotel with an area of approximately 1,000 m² is located in the settlement of Utjeha. As the first hotel in this part of the city of Bar, the building contains all hospitality elements for year-round operation. Access to the hotel is via two roads, at basement and ground floor levels. The basement houses parking and the building entrance. Additionally, along with the reception, lobby, and auxiliary spaces, vertical circulation connecting all floors is provided. The restaurant with a spacious terrace, beach bar, and pool serves as the focal point of this building. On the floors above, hotel rooms are positioned with views of the Maslina Bay, which, due to the iconic restaurant, is known as Utjeha.

Michael’s Hotel is a contemporary hospitality project designed to offer a refined and comfortable stay. Its white façade, accented by deep blue horizontal bands, establishes a clear visual identity while reflecting a subtle Mediterranean character. Floor-to-ceiling windows on each level provide natural light and framed views of the surrounding landscape, fostering a sense of openness and connection to the environment.
The hotel spans multiple levels, integrating accommodations with terraces, greenery, and architectural rhythm. Vertical landscaping elements and carefully placed planters soften the façade and introduce natural accents into the clean, modern design. The main entrance, flanked by cypress trees and understated plantings, provides a clear and inviting point of arrival.
Internally and externally, the building emphasizes simplicity and order. Repetition of geometric forms, balanced proportions, and rooftop greenery contribute to both functional efficiency and visual coherence. Positioned to combine thoughtful design with a serene coastal setting, the hotel presents a composed and elegant environment for guests.
