Eco Village is a modern retreat complex designed and developed in 2024, located in the serene natural setting of Štoj, Ulcinj, Montenegro. This eco-conscious project is a harmonious blend of architecture and nature, aimed at offering a relaxing and luxurious experience for guests seeking both short- and long-term stays.

The complex consists of a series of contemporary standalone units inspired by the concept of bungalows but elevated in both design and functionality. Each unit is carefully positioned to ensure privacy, comfort, and seamless connection with the surrounding landscape. The design integrates green roofs, natural materials, and large glass openings to maximize natural light and enhance sustainability.
At the heart of Eco Village lies a central leisure zone with a spacious swimming pool, sunbathing areas, outdoor lounges, and recreational amenities, all surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery. The layout promotes a sense of community while preserving individual tranquility.
Eco Village is not just a place to stay — it’s a destination crafted for enjoyment, relaxation, and eco-living. Ideal for tourists, families, and digital nomads, this complex redefines vacation living with a strong emphasis on environmental responsibility and modern design aesthetics.
